Pancakes made with sour cream and yeast are delicious and tasty. The technology for creating a dough in this case is more troublesome and intricate, but the result is undoubtedly worth the effort and time spent. In order to arrange a pancake meal for six people, you need to spend about 2-2.5 hours (taking into account the time for proofing, maturation of the dough and the basis for pancakes).

Ingredients:

  • sour cream - 2 glasses;
  • milk and water - 1 glass each;
  • flour - 1.5-2 cups;
  • egg whites - 5 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml;
  • sugar - 50 g
  • fresh yeast - 25 g;
  • salt, fat for frying.

Preparation

  1. In warm water, the yeast and some flour are dissolved and left to approach.
  2. Sour cream is mixed with the remaining flour, whites are whipped into a dense foam with salt, and sugar is dissolved in milk.
  3. Combine the contents of three containers, pour in oil, mix, leave warm for an hour.
  4. Pancakes are baked in an oiled pancake maker.
