Rhubarb soup with meat is obtained with sourness, satisfying and tasty. The cooking uses only the stuffs of the plant, the rhubarb leaves are not suitable.

Ingredients:

- 500 grams of pork;
- 250 grams of rhubarb;
- 300 grams of potatoes;
- 150 grams of Luke;
- 120 grams of carrots;
- 80 grams of tomato;
- 80 grams of Bulgarian pepper;
- salt;
- sugar;
- vegetable oil;
- Seasonings for broth.
